All pork sausages are made with quality meats and casings from
Holifield Farms, a family-run farm here in Covington, Georgia, that’s been in business since 1959. Chicken and cheeses are also sourced locally. Our salmon comes from
Bakkafrost, the leading producer of premium Atlantic salmon from the Faroe Islands.
All ingredients are hand-selected by me, Jerry Lawrence. I aim to bring you authentic flavors including classics such as andouille, chorizo, jalapeno cheddar, and chicken apple gouda. But I also aim to delight your palate with original creations like salmon sausage, the atl link (bourbon-infused), jerk pork sausage, and beef pepper jack poblano pepper, to name a few.
