-  What are the casings?Sheep and pork. 
-  How long can the sausages be stored?Sausage can be stored for one month refrigerated or up to two years frozen. 
-  Are they already cooked?Yes, sausages are fully cooked. They are smoked and cured. 
-  How are the sausages packed and shipped?The sausages are shipped in an insulated sleeve or cooler depending on conditions and the destination region. They're smoked, cured and vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness. 
-  Are the sausages gluten-free? What about the hot sauces and rubs?Yes, all sausages, sauces and rubs are gluten-free! 
-  The dry ice was gone by the time I received my sausages. Are they still safe to eat?Dry ice evaporates during transit, so if you don’t see any, don’t worry! What’s important is that your sausage arrives cold. 
-  Do you sell to restaurants?Due to the small batch nature of my products, I do not currently sell to commercial customers such as restaurants and casinos.
